Banana Winds' Sailing Refund Policy

We actually thought about not having a Refund Policy!  We find it hard to believe that anyone would cancel.  But we live in an imperfect world, so after you put your money down, your plans could change.  Well, here's the short of it!  If you need to cancel, obviously, call us as soon as possible (419-466-3699).  We'll refund all that you've sent us as long as there is a full 30 days or more between the date we're notified of your cancellation and your scheduled departure date.  If that's not the case, we have to hold onto 15% of your down payment to cover our costs.
